A Family Solution
The Regalert System was originally developed for motor vehicle drivers. However, members requested an enhanced system to include passengers in a vehicle.
ID Alert provides a comprehensive solution that can safeguard and identify you or your loved ones in an emergency.
How Does ID Alert Work?
On registration, a member receives a unique registration number which is engraved on an identification bracelet with the ID Alert hotline number.
With a single SMS or phone call to our 24 hour hotline, emergency response personnel can access medical history and records, protecting a member against potentially adverse treatments or medication conflicts.
ID Alert also ensures that designated family members will be notified should a child, in a parent's absence, require emergency medical treatment. In addition, parents have the reassurance that any time a lost child wearing an ID Alert Bracelet has been located or rescued; Regalert will contact the parent immediately.
The Regalert 24 hour hotline can also be utilised by a child in an emergency situation.
